Restless Legs Relief Spray is a homeopathic formulation combined with Schuessler Tissue Salts traditionally used for the relief of involuntary or uncontrollable movement of the legs, urge for constant leg activity, night twitches and jerking, itching or crawling sensations, growing pains, cramps, nocturnal leg and feet aches.DOSE: Adults – 4 sprays. Children (2-12) – 2 Sprays.DIRECTIONS: Spray under the tongue. Initial dose: Take 1 dose every half an hour for the first 4 doses (over 2 hours). Acute Dose: After the initial dose, take 1 dose 4 times daily or until symptoms improve. Maintanance: Take 1 dose 3 times daily. Night Use: Take 1 dose an hour before bed, upon retiring and as required if you wake through the night.
