Sleep by Remifemin is a natural product which provides relief from the insomnia and restless sleep symptoms associated with all stages of menopause. It contains a proprietary blend of plant extracts that work naturally with your body to promote calm and restfulness. It helps support the onset of sleep and healthy sleep quality and quantity allowing you to wake refreshed with no daytime sleepiness. DIRECTIONS: Take 2 tablets half an hour to an hour before going to bed. In extreme cases of sleeplessness (especially when caused by anxiety) take 2 tablets 2-3 times per day. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional. PRECAUTIONS: In rare cases (between one and 10 per 10,000 people treated) gastro-intestinal complaints have been reported. Do not operate or drive machinery for at least 2 hours after taking Sleep by Remifemin because your reactivity can be influenced, even if taken as directed. This effect may be increased by the consumption of alcohol. INGREDIENTS: 1 coated tablet contains: 75mg dry extract of Valeriana officinalis in a drug to extract ratio as 5-6:1, the extractant is ethanol 70% (V/V). 23mg dry extract of Humulus lupulus in a drug to extract ratio as 4-8:1, the extractant is methanol 40% (V/V). 45mg dry extract of Melissa officinalis in a drug to extract ratio as 4-6:1, the extractant is water. Contains sugars. Other ingredients are: beeswax – white, carmellose sodium, carnauba wax, cellulose – microcrystalline, glucose – liquid, indigo carmine, maltodextrin, polysorbate 80, povidone, PVP/VA copolymer, shellac, silica – colloidal anhydrous, starch – maize, stearic acid, sucrose, talc – purified, titanium dioxide.
