The non-medicated saline solution helps keep your nasal passages moist and washes away allergens such as dust and pollen. Fess can be used before your medicated nasal spray to help clear excess mucus and aid penetration of the medicine. Fess is non-medicated and can be used as often as needed. It is suitable for use during pregnancy and while breastfeeding. It helps relieve congestion, promotes nasal health and helps neutralise acidity in the sinus cavity during sinusitis. It can be used after nasal surgery to help soften dried blood which can irritate the sinus passages and block drainage.DIRECTIONS: Direct the nozzle into your right nostril. Aim slightly back and out towards the top of your right ear. Fully depress the pump.
