Lutein and zeaxanthin are deposited in the macula and may help to defend the macular region of the eye. Lutein and zeaxanthin cannot be manufactured by the body so they must be obtained from the diet. Blackmores Lutein Defence has been formulated as a supplementary source of lutein and zeaxanthin.DIRECTIONS: Adults: Take 1 tablet a day with a meal, or as professionally prescribed. PRECAUTIONS: Children under 12 years- only as professionally prescribed.
